The first two people to successfully refer 1,000 new members to Myndnet will be awarded a brand-new, sealed-in-box, 2007 Nintendo Wii video game console.
New members are users who have never registered with Myndnet and are not currently members of Myndnet. New members must have a valid e-mail address and complete the Myndnet registration process by clicking on the Myndnet confirmation link sent to them via e-mail. This contest is limited to the first two individuals that refer 1,000 new members to Myndnet. Myndnet will verify that all 1,000 new members are legitimate. Only legitimate new members count toward your finally tally. All of your referrals must join Myndnet utilizing your specific referral code, which is generated for you when you join Myndnet. Myndnet will utilize your specific referral code to track your referrals.
The contest begins at the moment it is announced on our Website and ends when a winner is chosen, unless specified otherwise by Myndnet. This contest is void where prohibited by applicable law. Employees of Myndnet are not eligible to enter. Myndnet does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Myndnet's decision for this contest is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be awarded the prize as detailed in the announcement. All prizes subject to standard terms and conditions governing such prize, if any. There will be no cash alternatives. Winners will be notified via email. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable, or the inability to contact a potential winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Myndnet reserves the right to cancel the contest at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering the contest.
